BOARD CHAIRMAN
Arne Johannessen
Arne Johannessen is an experienced entrepreneur and business developer with over 30 years of experience in payment solutions and technology-based services. He started his career in the industry in 1992 and has since helped establish and lead several successful companies. Among other things, he founded Adimo Norge AS, which supplied payment terminals in Norway and Sweden from 2003 to 2011. He later established Nordia Payment Service AS in 2014 and Nordia Payment Service AB in 2015, where he has held roles as Chairman of the Board and Chief Administrative Officer.
Today, Arne is, among other things, chairman of the board of Impulse Power AS, where he is responsible for finance, warehouse and logistics.
CEO
Erik Skaarnæs
Erik Skaarnæs is an experienced entrepreneur and product developer with a background from several Norwegian technology companies. He has been involved in the development of electric vehicles at Think, as well as having held roles in companies such as Eker Design, EpiGuard and Orphan Diagnostics.
Today, he is, among other things, the CEO of Impulse Power AS, where he manages product development, purchasing and sales.
Skaarnæs has also held board positions in various companies, including as chairman of Orphan Diagnostics AS and Nemsesk AS, as well as a board member of Impulse Power AS.
