TERMS OF DELIVERY - IMPULSE POWER AS
1. General
These terms of delivery apply to all purchases made through the Impulse Power AS online store at www.impulse-power.no.
By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Orders and Payment
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax (VAT).
Payment is made through the available payment methods in the online store.
For certain products, advance payment may be required.
The order becomes binding once it has been confirmed by Impulse Power AS.
Prices exclude transportation costs (EXW Ski).
3. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of order.
Estimated delivery time is normally 5–10 business days after payment has been received, subject to stock availability and transport conditions.
Impulse Power AS uses recognized carriers for delivery.
You will receive a confirmation with tracking information once the goods have been dispatched.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the products, as well as the delivery address.
All shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5. Receipt of Goods
Upon receipt, please check that the packaging and product show no visible damage.
Any damage or defects must be reported to the carrier upon delivery and to Impulse Power AS within a reasonable time.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must provide written notice to Impulse Power AS within the deadline.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received – unused.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
7. Complaints
In the event of defects or deficiencies, the provisions of the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act apply.
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.
Impulse Power AS reserves the right to repair the defect, replace the product, or offer a price reduction.
8. Warranty
Impulse Power AS provides a 1-year warranty on its products unless otherwise specified.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects but does not cover wear and tear or misuse.
9. Force Majeure
Impulse Power AS is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, or pandemics.
